TI AMO The 5th Edition Onesti, 2000
Regulations
The national association of the Cultural Clubs from Romania, the Prefecture
of Bacau County, the Mayoralty of Onesti City, the Inspectorate for Culture
of Bacau County, in cooperation with the Romanian Television organize,
under the care of UNICEF Romania, the 5th edition of the International
Pop Music Festival for Children "TI AMO" - The life symbol - His Majesty
The Child) starting from 8th until 14th of May 2000.
Unlike the previous edition, starting from this year the festival will
have 3 categories of age and an international participation (Italy, France,
Norway - we are waiting also for confirmation from another countries).
The festival and the contest offers the framework of affirmation for some
real talents and in the same time, the cultural-artistic exchanges will
lead to the strong friendship between the children of Europe.
Performing section Age categories: 6-8 years; 9-11 years; 12-14years
Will participate children from Romania - one for each age
category, representing every county from Romania. The preselection will
be made by the county Cultural Clubs and these will be the only responsible
of the perform quality of the competitors.
The selection of the competitors, which will participate
in the final contest, will be made on the Cultural Club from Onesti, by
a professional jury. This jury will have another composition than in the
contest. In the final contest will remain 30 (thirty) competitors for each
age category.
the participation of the foreign competitors will be a discussion
subject between organizers and the partner organizations from each country
that participate. Each country will send a competitor for every age category.
The competitors can be accompanied by a person (parent, teacher, etc.).
The registration can be done until 7th of May
2000, on the basis of card enclosed to these regulations. This card must
be send by fax or post to the Cultural Club form Onesti, Bacau county.
The competitors will perform 3 musical creations for children.
From that the producer, together with the jury, will select one for the
contest. The jury will take into consideration the quality of the recorded
orchestration (audiocassette or CD), the relation between text - age -
dressing, the vocal qualities and especially the performing.
The foreign competitors will participate without preselection.
The organizers will ensure them and their companions the accommodations
during the whole festival.
The contest will take place during 3 days, after every contest
day the competitors will have a day off, in which they will participate
to a various entertainment program (trips, games, barbecues, etc.).
In the 3 shows will participate in recital acknowledged singers,
actors well known by children and winners of the previous editions of the
festival.
The prizes of the festival will be granted in money and/or
objects, on the basis of the jury decision that is indisputably.
The trophy of the festival-contest, in amount of 300 USD,
will be granted to only one competitor, for all age categories, who stands
out especially from the other competitors. The value of prizes can be supplemented
by another sponsor than the official ones. In the same time, they can grant
also another prizes that the above mentioned, but this can be made only
in accordance with the jury and on the basis of his score. Any further
prize, which frames not itself in the regulations, will be not taken in
consideration.
The jury can reallocate the amount of the prizes, but only
in the limit of the total available amount of them.
The advertising of the festival will made by Romanian and
foreign mass media.
